After receiving my Iyengar Intro II certification, I had an intense yearning to do a home practice to further develop other areas that I have put to the back burner during the long training process. During this time I have achieved great insights into my problematic poses and dark/unaware areas of my body. My hope is that this blog will inspire you to start your own home practice to supplement the the teachings you receive at your studio or teacher.
Hi Michael:
Nice to have you visit the Dragon Journal. I visited your blog and am impressed with the information and images that you incorporate to show how to do the poses. Love the background, too. Very educational and a person can get started with Iyengar easily! All the best to you!
